By downloading, accessing, or using AI Rescue, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.
If local law gives you consumer rights that cannot legally be waived, these Terms do not remove those rights.
2. Description of Service
AI Rescue is an Android utility app that may provide:
- audio playback tools;
- speaker cleaning or rescue sound sequences;
- listening tests;
- frequency and other audio utilities; and
- AI-assisted troubleshooting.
Available features may differ by app version, device, region, subscription status, connectivity, or technical limitations.
3. Not a Hardware Repair Service
AI Rescue does not physically inspect, open, or repair your device.
Sound-based features cannot guarantee water removal, dust removal, restoration of damaged hardware, prevention of corrosion, recovery from serious liquid damage, or restoration of waterproofing.
Results vary by device, speaker design, damage type, liquid exposure, contamination, and other conditions. You are responsible for deciding whether a particular tool is appropriate to use on your device.
4. AI-Generated Information
AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular device or situation. AI output is informational assistance, not a guaranteed technical diagnosis.
For serious hardware, battery, overheating, electrical, corrosion, or liquid-damage concerns, follow the device manufacturer’s guidance or seek assistance from a qualified repair professional.
5. Safe Use
When using the app, you agree to use reasonable care. In particular, you should:
- use a reasonable listening volume;
- stop playback if sound causes discomfort;
- avoid using features in a way that creates unsafe conditions;
- follow your device manufacturer’s safety and liquid-exposure guidance; and
- stop risky use if the device is unusually hot, damaged, swelling, or behaving unexpectedly.
7. Free AI Allowances
The app may provide a limited number of free AI Rescue sessions or requests. Free limits may reset periodically, differ by product version, depend on service availability, or change as the service evolves.
Where offered, voluntarily viewing a rewarded advertisement may provide additional temporary access or another stated in-app reward.
8. Advertising
Free users may see advertisements. Some optional rewards may require voluntarily viewing a rewarded advertisement. Advertising availability, format, and eligibility can vary by country, consent status, age settings, and app configuration.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not use the app or related services to:
- abuse AI endpoints or automate excessive requests;
- circumvent quotas, paywalls, purchase checks, or service protections;
- reverse engineer service protections where prohibited by law;
- exploit, attack, or disrupt backend infrastructure;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts; or
- use the service unlawfully.
10. Intellectual Property
The app’s original branding, design, software, interface elements, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your use of the app does not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
Third-party trademarks, service marks, software, and content remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own terms.
11. Third-Party Services
The app may depend on third-party providers such as Google Play, Google AdMob, Cloudflare, and other operational providers. Their own terms, privacy policies, platform rules, and availability may apply independently of these Terms.
12. Availability
The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, network problems, provider outages, capacity limits, device compatibility, or other causes. Manual or offline capabilities may differ from online AI functionality.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every feature will work on every device, that AI output will be accurate, or that sound-based tools will resolve a particular audio problem.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the app where such liability can legally be limited.
Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Termination or Restriction
Access to online or premium functionality may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, attacks, quota circumvention, unlawful use, or material violations of these Terms.
Where appropriate, restrictions should be proportionate to the issue and subject to applicable consumer law.
16. Changes to the Service
Features, AI models, limits, user-interface elements, free allowances, premium benefits, and service providers may change over time as the product evolves.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, legal requirements, or business practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page should be revised when a new version is posted.
18. Governing Law
